AtlantiCare, a Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award recipient and leading health system in southeastern New Jersey, is searching for a board-certified family medicine or internal medicine physician with leadership experience to serve as the Medical Director of Primary Care.
The Medical Director is responsible for positive group culture, establishing expectations and behavior standards which ensure a high quality, efficient and consumer friendly experience for patients to receive care and providers and staff to provide services in our Primary Care settings. You’ll lead a team of thought leaders selected by region or function to act as extensions of Medical Group leadership. Together with the Assistant Vice President, you will be involved with the strategic planning process, development, and implementation of new clinical programs aimed at improving clinical care, quality and access.
