Community Physician Network is currently seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to practice in Noblesville, IN. In partnership with the Employer Health team, this physician will deliver care to Noblesville School Corporation employees and families in Noblesville. Ideal candidates should have a consistent and consecutive employment or training history and employ a positive, team-oriented approach.
• Outpatient primary care only
• No OB
• No call responsibilities after clinic hours
• Flexible work schedule (4 day work-week)
• Electronic Medical Record System (Epic)

Licensure & Certifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine 
• Licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
