Position Description:

A growing cardiology practice is actively recruiting for an interventional and non-invasive cardiologist to join their practice in Richmond, Virginia. The cardiologist would be responsible for a mix of inpatient and outpatient services. Anticipated call is 1:4. This opportunity is private practice with hospital support for any new physician. This is a great opportunity to join a cardiology practice in Central Virginia.

Competitive base salary plus productivity incentive, relocation assistance, health insurance, dental insurance, PTO and malpractice insurance. A partnership track will be considered after three years.

The Practice:

The existing practice comprises of two interventional cardiologist, one invasive cardiologist, one noninvasive cardiologist, and two nurse practitioner. The providers have been in the community for 10+ years, attending the academic medical center for their training. Office services include consultations, stress testing (treadmill, nuclear, and echo), echocardiography, vein ablation procedures, carotid/abdominal aorta ultrasounds, and holter/event monitoring.
