Baptist Health Fort Smith (BHFS) is recruiting a Cardiovascular Surgeon to join an existing surgeon. The recruitment need is to replace a physician who will be leaving the community.

This is an established practice with the remaining surgeon having been in practice there five years and the departing surgeon for two years. The ideal candidate will be a surgeon who is interested in taking over and continuing to grow an existing practice. The call coverage is 1:2.

It offers a wide range of specialties including cardiology, neuro-interventional radiology, orthopedics, pediatrics and geriatrics.
