Advocate Medical Group (AMG) is growing its Addiction Treatment Program at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge. An immediate need is available for a BE/BC Family Medicine Residency trained physician with training or experience in Addiction Medicine. - Join a highly-skilled multidisciplinary team including a physician, advanced practice clinician, addiction counselors and licensed clinicians.
- The position will consist of consultations, follow ups, documentation and coordination of care at the medically managed withdrawal unit and addiction consultation service at ALGH.
- Monday-Friday work schedule (some weekend coverage as needed)
Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family Medicine. BE/BC in Addiction Medicine also a plus. Eligibility to obtain and maintain active Illinois license.
