  • Seeking BC Gastroenterologist to lead inpatient GI services in collaboration with community providers
  • Full-Time, day, opportunity with Valley Hospitalist Medical Group
  • Provides inpatient GI consultative and endoscopy services
  • ERCP required; EUS preferred
  • One of few CA markets where you will not compete for market share or advanced cases
  • Service area covers 2 counties – 600K+ population
  • 100K ED visits annually; ED expansion in progress, 40-beds to 74-beds
  • Onsite state-of-the-art GI endoscopy unit providing routine endoscopy, ERCP, EUS, esophageal motility and pH studies
  • Graduate Medical Education participation highly encouraged; Home to 6 residency programs:  Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine , Psychiatry, General Surgery, Anesthesia and Transitional Year

Valley Hospitalist Medical Group is contracted to provide adult hospitalist services at Kaweah Delta Medical Center in Visalia CA. They have 23 health care providers that are dedicated to providing unit-based care in the hospital’s medical/surgical departments. They work in collaboration with our critical care group to provide the most integrated care possible. There are also opportunities to get involved with teaching medical residents.

KAWEAH DELTA is the largest hospital in Tulare County and the only hospital in Visalia. We offer a variety of services including comprehensive cardiac care, open heart surgery, neurosurgery, minimally invasive operations, and more.
