LOCUMS Pediatric Hospitalist Needed in Nags Head, NC
Outer Banks Hospital in Nags Head, NC, is seeking Pediatric Hospitalist to help pick up shifts. Physician required to come in round, etc, then on call. Not required to stay in hospital. New providers will need to come in day before scheduled call for orientation. NORTH CAROLINA DEA IN HAND REQUIRED. NO EXCEPTIONS.
January 23-28 7a-7a
February 8-18 7a-7a
- Will accept BC only physicians
- Must be PALS and NRP certified
- Inpatient Only (Come in and see patients then on call)
- Average # of patients/day/provider: 2
- No ICU duties
- Must be competent in stabilizing critically ill neonate for transfer to NICU
- DEM consults
- Responds to Codes
